The Buildings in Montreal

First time I went to Montreal, I was a little bit confused by the signs. It was written in French. French is their official language. Yes, you may speak English but normally, the government reinforce French language as Montreal is a part of Quebec. If you want to travel Montreal, get your French-English dictionary handy; you never know what to do and where to go if you don’t have anybody with you who knows Montreal by heart. When I went there, I traveled with friends. We found it very easy and convenient as we traveled with a friend of ours who can speak French. If unfortunately enough, you cannot find anybody with you and you’re really dying to travel Montreal. Just use your common sense. I’m sure it will direct and guide you on what to do.

On the other hand,the buildings and infrastructure took my heart away (Okay, I exaggerated a bit). The first time I set my eyes upon, I was enthralled by the styles, it looks ancient but apparently unique.

I took the photo when I was at the corner of the building, few kilometers away. This building represents the Catholic Church. Montreal has somewhat the variety of Catholic churches, so called- Catholic City. Catholicisms is much respected. Most of the Catholic buildings are found in the city of Montreal, it’s big with a crown of its majestic splendor. You can see the Cross everywhere you turn, it beholds that city respects Catholicisms.

I zoomed the lens of my camera and just captured the top part of the building, it represents as the crown of Catholic’s magnificence.

If you want to visit Toronto, one thing that you can be sure of- CN Tower watch will not let you down. Your spirit will soar higher whenever you visit the originally referred to “Canadian National Tower”.

Located at the heart of downtown Toronto at 301 Front Street West, CN Tower is a must to visit. If you are afraid of heights, may be it is one way to unleash that fear and fight that fear that will take you up to 550 meter (1800 feet) high. It is one of the tallest recognizable tower in the world. It will definitely worth a try. CN Tower is the central main attraction of the tourism in Toronto. Many tourists will absolutely ignites their courage all the way to the top. Since it was known as one of the tallest tower on land, which classified as one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World by the American Society of Civil Engineers, many tourists from different walks of life made a schedule and explored the wonders of the CN Tower.

One way to appreciate when you visit CN Tower is that you will be serve best as much as you will enjoy. The people who work in the tower will not let you down. They provide service with smile, genuine appreciation and an amazing introduction about the CN Tower. When I visit the place a month ago, I was encouraged by one of the tourist guide, which even though she seemed tired, she mustered the effort to served the visitors with genuine smile and special recognition. Once we were in the elevator, another worker introduced the main attraction while the elevator will take us to the top, up to the glass floor.

The world-class tower offers a variety of entertainment, elegant restaurants, and many more, which provides a diversity of unique exhibits and tourist attractions. No worries when you are at the top of the building, there are many foods and entertainment that will surely worth a record for memories. Of course, when you visit one of the main attraction in the world, don’t forget to carry your camera.

No matter what time you’re visiting the CN Tower, there’s always an attraction that your heart will surely say, “Oh Yes”. At night, the CN Tower lighting will entice your eyes and will take your breath away. The lighting that change color each floor, is designed to enhance the great structure of the building from the bottom up to the top floor. Watch the CN Tower switch on its light during the sunset. Red and white colour is to honour Canada and the rest of the evening, you can see different colour blinking all the way to the top.

During the day, you will definitely appreciate the 58 seconds look-out at a height of 346m(1, 136). You can see the buildings all over downtown, Toronto that seemed a size of a drawing from the top. And of course, the scenarios, the views of the lake and the horizon beyond. One thing that took my breath away when I was at the look-out floor was when I witnessed the greatness of the sunset. Its rays was overshadowed in the lake. It was worth a visit and I will definitely comes back to witnessed the scenarios again.

And yes, if you are inside the tower, don’t be a ninny not to step on the glass floor. Oh yeah, your nerves might be jumping in fear once you look down to the bottom view. It has a view of 1,222 feet straight down that could definitely make the hair of your back neck raising to its scariest. It seemed that your thoughts will tell you, “Oh no…It‘s going to break and I think I‘m going to fall down”. But no worries, the thickness of the glass is 2 ½ “ and they will replaced the scuff plate yearly and check the durability of the glass. Anyway, once you are there, you will know what am I talking about. It is specifically designed to test your spirit and of course to make fun of yourself on the glass floor.
